Взрыв произошел сегодня на бульваре Каштанова в Энергодаре, когда начальник группы пропусков службы безопасности Запорожской АЭС и депутат горсовета Андрей Короткий сели в салон автомобиля, сообщил губернатор Запорожской области Евгений Балицкий.
Самодельное взрывное устройство было заложено под машину.
