Кабачковые вафли с тунцом

Блюдо, которое изобрелось само собой. #семейныерецепты

Решила я, значит, в один воскресный денек испечь кабачковые вафли. Подготовила тесто, отошла на минутку, возвращаюсь, а муж, смотрю, что-то подмешал😆

Сказал, что немного тунца оставалось и тоже решил добавить.

Ну, думаю, а почему нет? И, знаете, получилось весьма неплохо. Просто так бы рецептом не делилась🙃

Нам понадобится:

🟢170-180 гр. кабачка, натертого на крупной терке
🟢80 гр. тунца из банки
🟢70 гр. цельнозерновой муки
🟢70 гр. кефира
🟢2 яйца
🟢1/4 ч.л соли
🟢2 ст.л растительного масла

1⃣Натрем кабачок, смешаем с тунцом, добавим кефир, яйца, все хорошо перемешаем.

2⃣Добавим муку. Опять перемешиваем. В конце- растительное масло. И отправляем в вафельницу выпекаться до румяного цвета.

3⃣Наслаждаемся вкусным завтраком🤍

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
