На тэрыторыі Беларусі спісы асобных біблейскіх кніг або іх фрагментаў з’явіліся, верагодней за ўсё пасля хрышчэння Русі (986—988). На працягу многіх стагоддзяў Біблія на тэрыторыі сучаснай Беларусі чыталася на царкоўнаславянскай мове. Вядомы дзясяткі рукапісаў XI—XV стст. на царкоўнаславянскай мове.

Магчыма, перапісваннем свяшчэнных кніг займалася Еўфрасіння Полоцкая (XII ст.).

Пра сталую біблейскую традыцыю на тэрыторыі Беларусі сведчаць рукапісныя помнікі:
Аршанскае, Полацкае, Друцкае Евангеллі, Смаленскі псалтырь і інш..

Першым унікальным навукова-папулярным друкаваным выданнем Бібліі на роднай мове, блізкай да старабеларускай літаратурнай мовы, была Біблія Францыска Скарыны. 6 жніўня 1517 г. ён выпускае Псалтыр, потым амаль кожны месяц — новую кнігу Бібліі. За два гады ён выдаў 23 ілюстраваныя кнігі.

"He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said.
