Среди них были главные управления МВД, МЧС, военный комиссариат, военный госпиталь и администрация Промышленного района Ставрополя.
После этого иностранец собирался уехать на Украину. Однако его вовремя обнаружили и задержали.
У него изъяли бутылки с зажигательной смесью и инструкции от куратора.
