Орлан не мог взлететь и нуждался в помощи, сообщает пресс-служба Государственного комитета Республики Татарстан по биологическим ресурсам.
Сердобольные граждане обратились в Госкомитет РТ по биоресурсам. Специалисты, осмотрев птицу, констатировали состояние шока. Для восстановления сил и дальнейшей реабилитации орлана перевезли в специализированный центр Зеленодольского района.
