С 29 января в Альянсе государств Сахеля начнут выдавать новые паспорта, подтвердил президент Мали Асими Гойта. При это резкой смены документов во всех странах проводиться не будет, смена пройдет постепенно.
Это станет возможно благодаря тому, что старые паспорта ECOWAS будут действовать до окончания их срока. Затем их можно будет заменить на новые AES.

This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
