Сегодня, 5 февраля, примерно в 00:15, в Махачкале, на пр. Петра 1, 34-летний местный житель, управляя «BMW М5», двигаясь с высокой скоростью, совершил наезд на пешехода, переходившего проезжую часть дороги вне зоны пешеходного перехода.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
