Интересно, знает ли он, что работники коммунальных служб постигли реальный дзен «наоборот». Они решили совмещать не очень приятное и не очень полезное. Во время уборки мусора, выбрав простой путь, они выпотрошили урну за ограду и припорошили все это дело снегом.
Так примерно и выглядит вся работа профильных ведомств и непосредственно Евгения Акимовича. В Подмосковье выбирают прикрывать постыдное, лишь создавая видимость работы.

But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
