Сотрудники полка ППС, 26-летний сержант и 30-летний старший сержант, оказались под следствием за превышение служебных полномочий. По версии следствия, 31 октября и 1 ноября они обнаружили у жителя Пролетарского района синтетические наркотики, но вместо корректного оформления дела указали в документах уменьшенное количество изъятого вещества, что могло снизить ответственность гражданина.
Следственный комитет возбудил уголовное дело по части 3 статьи 286 УК РФ («Превышение должностных полномочий с тяжкими последствиями»).
Оба полицейских были задержаны 29 ноября и помещены в изолятор временного содержания. Ведется расследование, и выясняются все обстоятельства, в том числе возможность подкупа полицейских наркоманом.
