Напомним, что это далеко не первый кредит, которые берут чиновники Югры для строительства моста за 63 млрд. Реализовывать проект должны начать в 2022 году.
Эту переправу рассматривают как главный инфраструктурный проект третьего срока губернатора округа Натальи Комаровой – но вот только из-за него регион все больше и больше влезает в долги.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
