🟠 хорошо промыть чечевицу, замочить в чистой воде на час 🟠слить воду и добавить картофель, морковь, влить 1.5 л воды, варить на медленном огне до готовности овощей и чечевицы 🟠 добавить перетертые томаты, все специи, соль, перец 🟠взбить блендером до однородности 🟠варить на медленном огне, доведя до кипения (минут 5) 🟠в конце можно добавить оливковое масло 🟠перед подачей украсить петрушкой/кинзой (содержат витамин С, который необходим для усвоения железа)
Upd: вместо воды можно использовать бульон, суп получится наваристей и сытнее 👍
