На 16% вырастет минимальный взнос на капитальный ремонт МКД в Москве в 2025 году
Установлен новый минимальный размер взноса на капитальный ремонт общего имущества в многоквартирных домах Москвы, который вступит в силу с 1 января 2025 года – 29,66 рублей в месяц с квадратного метра площади помещения.
📈Минимальный взнос на капремонт вырастет сразу на 15,9%.
📍Соответствующие изменения вносятся постановлением Правительства Москвы от 06 декабря 2024 года №2800-ПП, которое меняет постановление от 29.12.2014г. №833-ПП.
