Основные причины, по которым многоквартирный дом может лишиться спецсчета для капремонта
Раньше я писал, про два основных момента, из-за которых закроют спецсчет для накопления средств на капремонт. 👉Напомню о них.
1️⃣Наступил срок капремонта какой-то инженерной системы или элемента вашего дома согласно Региональной программы. Но к этому сроку работы сделаны не были.
2️⃣Собственники имеют задолженность по взносам на капремонт более 50% от начислений. И даже после предписаний жилинспекции эта задолженность не снизилась ниже порога.
❌Тогда спецсчет могут закрыть.
Но есть третий случай, проявившийся в этом году – я на него обратил внимание, просматривая региональные НПА. 👉Связано это с окончанием лицензий у многих управляющих организаций летом. Для продолжения действия спецсчета необходимо провести ОСС и выбрать новую УО владельцем спецсчета. Без этого спецсчет «пойдет под нож». 🤷♂️Что и произошло с рядом домов, которые теперь переводятся в «общий котел». #капремонт #спецсчет

They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
