Суд решил, что, поскольку наружная стена здания является общедомовым имуществом, то для его использования необходимо заручиться согласием соседей - не менее чем двумя третями голосов собственников.

Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
