Нужно звонить 112, и круглосуточную диспетчерскую мособлэкомониторинга 84986022044 добавочный 47569 и просить прислать лабораторию для того чтобы взяли пробы этих стоков, называть адрес: г. Долгопрудный, проезд Строителей, на пересечении со МКАД. А также писать в Роспотребнадзор и Росприроднадзор перейдя по ссылкам.
