Объявлений, где собственники (ЦАО, дорогой сегмент) пытаются "удивить рынок" своей "находчивостью" [выставляя завышенные цены 2022 года] уже практически не встречается. Дошло, что покупателей на рынке кратно меньше продавцов, желающих побыстрее сбросить свои квартиры.
