28 января на Манежной площади откроется фестиваль «Китайский Новый год в Москве». Жителей и гостей города ждет насыщенная событийная и гастрономическая программа: всех желающих познакомят с яркими традициями дружественной страны.
По прогнозу Марии Захаровой, посещаемость фестиваля побьет прошлогодний рекорд — 700 тыс. человек. Завершится он 9 февраля.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
