При этом ФАС поручено «не позднее 12 декабря 2024 года установить и ввести в действие… с 1 июля 2025 года оптовые цены на природный газ, добываемый и реализуемый организациям, входящим в исключающую группу… в размере, увеличенном на 21,3 процента», говорится в постановлении. Как следует из документа, к «исключающей группе» относятся прежде всего компании, получающие основной доход в сфере электроэнергетики и ЖКХ.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public.
