Речь идёт о том, что получатель платежа (а это не всегда тот самый человек, что стоит перед тобой) может оказаться террористом или организация получатель.
У меня резонный вопрос. А разве физические и юридические лица, внесённые в реестр запрещённых террористов- экстремистов в состоянии принимать платежи в российской системе, тем более по СБП?

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
