Отдельным пунктом у жителей города стоит спорт. Участники опроса видят на острове площадки для игры в футбол, волейбол, баскетбол, настольный теннис, лапту, площадки для спортивных тренажеров и сдачи норм ГТО.
Работы по развитию острова Отдыха планируется провести в рамках подготовки к 400-летию Красноярска.
