Радионова сказала, что обычно после такого уведомления либо снижается нагрузка работающих объектов, либо включают фильтры, которые в обычный день включать невыгодно. И получается как всегда - на бумаге всё экологично, а на деле - через неделю выбросы продолжаются.
Будет ли на этот раз что-то новое и результативное - посмотрим.
