Трьом військовим, яких підозрюють у неналежній обороні на півночі Харківщини, обрали запобіжні заходи.

Йдеться про екскомандира 415-го окремого стрілецького батальйону 23-ї ОМБр полковника Іллю Лапіна, екскомандира ОТУ «Харків» генерала Юрія Галушкіна та екскомандира 125-ї ОБрТрО генерала Артура Горбенка.

За даними слідства, їхні дії дозволили військам рф у квітні-травні 2024 року захопити частину території Липецької територіальної громади Харківського району, а також призвели до втрати особового складу й озброєння.

Лапін та Галушкін будуть перебувати під вартою протягом 60 діб, останній може внести 5 млн грн застави. Всім трьом військовим загрожує до 10 років позбавлення волі.
