Полпред Президента в УрФО Артём Жога посетил завод «Уральские локомотивы»

Генеральный директор завода Олег Спаи рассказал Артёму Жоге о текущих проектах завода: производство электровоза «Малахит» и выпуск тележек для магистрального тепловоза 2ТЭ35А. Во время осмотра производства скоростных электропоездов «Финист» полпреду рассказали о том, как в короткие сроки удалось создать новейший отечественный поезд. Также гостям показали строительную площадку комплекса по производству высокоскоростных поездов. Генеральный подрядчик строительства – компания «Синара-Девелопмент».

Артём Жога высоко оценил работу завода, отметив особую важность создания новой отечественной железнодорожной техники: «Проект строительства высокоскоростного подвижного состава капиталоёмкий, предусматривает использование различных инструментов государственной поддержки. При выстраивании производственных цепочек важно опираться в том числе на возможности предприятий, инжиниринговых центров, научных институтов Уральского федерального округа»

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
