На участие в конкурсе поступило три заявки: Инна Щеглова — руководитель администрации города; Михаил Шибаев — действующий глава Ингодинского района краевой столицы и Андрей Киберев — заместитель директора по развитию Молодежного центра "Искра".
До 13 января пройдёт проверка поданных кандидатами сведений, по результатам которой конкурсная комиссия примет решение о допуске к следующему этапу конкурса. Итоговое заседание конкурсной комиссии состоится 17 января 2025 года.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
