🔸Перемолоть овсяные хлопья в муку в кофемолке, добавить к ним соду. 🔸Смешать вместе мягкое кокосовое масло, сироп, яблочное пюре (у меня замороженная заготовка, можно либо запечь яблоки и сделать из них пюре, либо взять детское без сахара). 🔸Смешать обе массы. 🔸По желанию добавить изюм, шоколадные капли, орешки и т.д (у меня вяленая вишня) 🔸Сформировать печеньки . 🔸Выпекать в разогретой до 180 градусов духовке примерно 15 минут до золотистого цвета .

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
