گفتنی است در دیدار اخیر سمن‌های محیط زیستی استان با مدیر کل حفاظت محیط زیست کردستان یکی از خواسته‌های اصلی سمن‌ها خصوصا سمن‌های محیط زیستی شهر مریوان جلوگیری از تخریب عرصه‌های خشک و حاشیه‌ی تالاب زریوار ناشی ازتردد بی‌رویه خودرو‌ها بویژه آفرود سوران بود که با این اقدام مسیر ورود خودرو ها مسدود و خواسته‌ی سمن‌ها محقق خواهد شد.
