По данным Telegram-канала «Пермь 36,6», от учителей, медиков, сотрудников «Пермских моторов» и НПО «Искра» потребовали поучаствовать в мероприятии 23 сентября. 22 сентября сообщения с призывом посетить митинг отправили и студентам пермских вузов, в частности Пермского строительного колледжа, ПГНИУ и медуниверситета.

По данным издания «Сибирь. Реалии», руководство Восточно-Сибирского государственного университета технологий тоже якобы потребовало от учащихся явиться на митинг в поддержку референдумов в Улан-Удэ 23 сентября.
