Челябинский суд оштрафовал «Школу призывника» на 150 тысяч рублей за отсутствие иноагентской маркировки
Советский районный суд Челябинска 24 октября признал правозащитную организацию «Школа призывника» виновной в нарушении порядка деятельности иноагента (статья 19.34 КоАП РФ) и назначил ей штраф в 150 тыс. руб., говорится в постановлении суда.
Протокол на «Школу призывника» составили из-за постов на канале «Азбука призывника» в «Дзене». В правозащитной организации рассказывали «7х7», что копию документа не получали и не знали, что именно силовики сочли нарушением закона.
Минюст внес «Школу призывника» в реестр иноагентов в апреле 2023 года. С середины сентября 2024 года организация перестала ставить иноагентскую маркировку.
В апреле 2024 года ее уже штрафовали за отсутствие иноагентской маркировки на 150 тыс. руб. Сайт проекта, группа во «ВКонтакте» и страница на «Дзене» заблокированы в России.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
