Суд в Новосибирске прекратил производство по делу об участии в «нежелательной организации» экс-депутата Алексея Мананникова

Известного в 90-е демократического политика и депутата Алексея Мананникова обвиняли в участии в якобы «нежелательном» «Форуме свободных народов Пост-России, Япония». Сотрудник новосибирского Центра-«Э» обнаружил в сети видео с выступлением Мананникова на форуме в августе 2023 года и усмотрел в этом правонарушение об участии в иностранной организации, создании и распространении нежелательных материалов.

Сам Мананников уже несколько лет не живет в России. Сам экс-депутат узнал о деле случайно из СМИ.

На заседании адвокат Василий Дубков потребовал прекратить преследование в связи с отсутствием состава преступления — в реестр «нежелательных» внесена другая организация со схожим названием: «Форум свободных народов пост-России, Польша».

Судья приняла решение прекратить производство по делу.
