IV Конгресс молодых ученых пройдет с 20 по 22 ноября 2024 года

Участие в нем примут молодые ученые, победители конкурсов грантов, студенты, школьники, лидеры отечественной науки, а также представители научных и образовательных организаций, органов власти и бизнеса.

Традиционно Конгресс пройдет на федеральной территории «Сириус».

Организаторами Конгресса выступают Минобрнауки России, Фонд Росконгресс и Координационный совет по делам молодежи в научной и образовательной сферах Совета при Президенте РФ по науке и образованию.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
