3 марта председатели, заместители председателей и секретари участковых избирательных комиссий приступят к использованию личных кабинетов на портале "Госуслуги" для обучения и тестирования.

С целью подготовки такого использования избирательной комиссией Сахалинской области с участием секретаря Марины Андрияновой сегодня в Тымовске организован семинар с Тымовской территориальной и участковыми избирательными комиссиями. Участников семинара также приветствовал вице-мэр муниципального образования Николай Бежин.

Участники семинара получили практические навыки по использованию личных кабинетов на портале «Госуслуги».

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
