Теперь возможность проведения выборов депутатов представительных органов муниципальных районов по одномандатным округам законодательно закреплена.
Законопроект внесли депутаты парламента: Александр Аздоров, Лиджи Амиков, Вячеслав Бадмаев, Михаил Богатов, Михаил Кокаев, Елена Лотник, Артем Михайлов, Аис Никитин, Лаг Сангаджиев, Григорий Цебеков.
