По словам первого замдиректора ФССП Ольги Помигаловой, выступавшей там, на сегодняшний день только 18% кредитных организаций из 354 осуществляют взаимодействие с ФССП по вопросам взыскания в рамках исполнительного производства в электронном виде. В 2025 году служба рассчитывает довести этот показатель до 60%.
Также ведомство планирует в 2025 году создать цифровое досье должника, благодаря чему вся необходимая информация будет попадать в ФССП в проактивном режиме. Сейчас информацию по состоянию каждого должника судебные приставы вынуждены запрашивать отдельно и получают сведения в отдельных случаях в течение двух месяцев. После введения сервиса этот срок будет составлять не более двух дней.
