В основе подсчетов лежало соотношение среднедушевых доходов населения и стоимости фиксированного набора товаров и услуг в каждом субъекте. Отдельно была учтена доля, населения, проживающего за чертой бедности.
В Рязанской области этот показатель составил аж 12,4%. Если говорить об индексе, то он равняется 1,38, что существенно ниже, чем среднероссийские цифры в 1,59.
Все это говорит о том, что уровень жизни в нашем регионе крайне низкий и Павлу Малкову, если он хочет остаться в губернаторском кресле, срочно нужно что-то с этим делать.

As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk.
