Напомним, это вторая партия книг, собранных в рамках акции "Книги Донбассу". Цель акции — помочь детям ЛНР и ДНР учиться в привычной русскоязычной среде, этой возможности они были лишены в украинских школах, где из библиотек изымалась книги на родном языке и навязывалась литература экстремистского содержания.
Всего на территории ЛНР 524 библиотечных учреждения. Предварительная потребность в литературе оценивается в 20 тысяч экземпляров книг.
