Администрация МР «Кизлярский район» дает разъяснение по данному вопросу: «ГБУ РД «Спецгазстройсервис» в 2022 году завершил строительство газопроводов до сел: Персидское, Дагестанское, Мулл-али, Керликент, Курдюковское и Огузер за счет средств Республиканской инвестиционной программы. В 2023 году Администрацией МР «Кизлярский район» были согласованы проекты строительства внутренней газопроводной сети в выше перечисленных населенных пунктах,но средства на реализацию данного проекта не были выделены».
