Из них 700 тыс. рублей задержанный уже получил. А судя по его шикарному особняку, наверняка правоохранители накопают на него и другие эпизоды коррупционного обогащения.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
