Диктант приурочен к Международному дню родного языка, который отмечается 21 февраля, и в 2025 году будет посвящен 80-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне. Он направлен на укрепление и продвижение традиционных духовно-нравственных ценностей России. В очное участие приглашаются учащиеся и сотрудники образовательных и научных учреждений, творческая интеллигенция, а также все, кто интересуется языками и культурой коренных народов России.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
