❗️Международный уголовный суд выдал ордера на арест командующего дальней авиацией России Сергея Кобылаша и командующего Черноморским флотом Виктора Соколова.
Ордера выданы «в контексте ситуации в Украине по предполагаемым преступлениям, совершенным как минимум с 10 октября 2022 года по как минимум 9 марта 2023 года».
Как утверждает МУС, есть основания полагать, что Сергей Кобылаш и Виктор Соколов несут ответственность за удары по объектам энергетической инфраструктуры на территории Украины.

There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
