В Хабаровском крае решается проблема дефицита кадров в медицинских организациях 🏥
Ликвидировать нехватку медицинского персонала призван региональный проект «Обеспечение медицинских организаций системы здравоохранения квалифицированными кадрами» нацпроекта «Здравоохранение».
Одним из методов реализации этой задачи является предоставление жилья медработникам, которые решили работать в краевых госучреждениях здравоохранения, а также обучение целевиков-медиков.
▫ В текущем году планируется зачислить в Краевую ординатуру 30 человек. На целевое обучение в ДВГМУ направят 200 человек по программам специалитета и 100 человек по программам ординатуры.
▫ Также увеличен набор в Хабаровский государственный медицинский колледж с 450 до 700 человек.
