Местная система каналов, дамб, шлюзов и насосных давно вышла из строя. Регулярно уровень воды в канале период дождей поднимается выше нормы, и прилегающие населенные пункты подтапливает. Первая тяжелая техника уже тут. Работы поручены Агентству по гидротехническим сооружениям, мелиорации и гидрологии края.
