Очередная коллективная жалоба на работу управляющей компании поступила депутату фракции КПРФ в АКЗС Андрею Чернобаю.

С коллективной жалобой
на УК «Сентябрь»
к депутату обратились жильцы многоквартирного дома
по адресу ул. Комсомольская, 289 города Рубцовска.

По обращению Андрея Чернобая в Госинспекцию Алтайского края действительно были выявлены нарушения при содержании кровли, подвала, водосточной системы дома.

Вынесено предписание об их устранении.
Причем сам представитель управляющей компании
от участия в проверке дома
во время инспекционного визита уклонялся, за что также был привлечен к административной ответственности.

As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
