Цветы и венки на прощание брать не нужно. Их можно возложить на могилу на Новогражданском кладбище, где 2 февраля будет захоронена урна с прахом.
Владимир Фролов ушел из жизни 27 января в результате трагедии на железной дороге. Необычайно доброму, отзывчивому человеку и прекрасному автору было 54 года.
