День велосипеда (Bicycle Day) — 19 апреля 1943 года, дата, когда химик Альберт Хофман первым из людей преднамеренно принял ЛСД. Впоследствии выражение «День велосипеда» вошло в популярную культуру и стало нарицательным.
Пост мэр, конечно же, подчистил и оставил только информацию про утренние объезды, однако местные СМИ уже успели процитировать поздравления Мавлиева.
Так и получается: цитата смешная — ситуация страшная еще смешнее 🤪 @kama_volga
