«Невключение проектов еще не означает, что их в итоге не рассмотрят, — пояснил один из собеседников РБК. — По этим проектам планы есть на декабрь».

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
