По версии обвинения, Глущенко «крышевал» бизнес партнеров. Но когда те отказались от услуг – пригрозил убийством, а позже воплотил угрозу в жизнь.
Ранее Глущенко уже был осужден за организацию убийства политика Галины Старовойтовой. Экс-депутат мог выйти на свободу уже в следующем году, однако суд вынес новое решение.
