Не согласимся с коллегами насчет того, что "чудо-документ" в виде "приказа Шойгу" сначала попал к украинским Телеграмм-каналам.
Как показывает даже поверхностный анализ, данный документ вчера активно пересылался в российском сегменте соцсетей и именно оттуда его уже вытянула украинская пропаганда и начала распространять.
А вот Царьград вообще утверждает, что "приказ Шойгу" был вброшен через "особые сайты"...
