Воспользовавшись тем, что главный свидетель – взяткодатель «сити-менеджеру» Мамука Лосаберидзе на суд упорно не ходит, адвокат Олега Кондрашова Михаил Ошеров подал в Нижегородский районный суд жалобу на действия (бездействие) и решения должностных лиц. Речь об отказе в возбуждении уголовного дела по заявлению Олега Кондрашова о нападении и вымогательстве у него 24 млн рублей тем самым Мамукой Лосаберидзе в июле 2015 года!
По версии следствия, Кондрашов действительно вернул Лосаберидзе часть взятки, поскольку не смог исполнить свои обязательства перед ним. Но теперь у Мамуки будет еще меньше желания приходить на суд и рассказывать обо всем этом.
