Баку на переговорах представляет депутат парламента Рамин Мамедов, в марте президент его назначил ответственным за контакты с армянскими жителями Карабахского региона.

По сообщениям газеты Жоховурд, Армянскую сторону на сегодняшней встрече в Евлахе будет представлять брат лидера сепаратистов Араика Арутюняна Артур Арутюнян.
