Проверяют же летчиков, водителей, полицейских перед исполнением своих обязанностей, а глав регионов не проверяют...А надо бы, поскольку их деятельность может принести куда больше вреда, чем пьяный артист-наркоман... Мы в Башкирии были бы рады подобному...
